Nina Lourié is a French massage therapist based in Mexico City with over 10 years of experience. She holds international certifications (EMTA, SMC CEI Level 1) and has worked in corporate wellness with Nike and Club France.
Massage sessions are available in English, French or Spanish. Somatic movement sessions are conducted in French or Spanish only. Every treatment is designed around your specific needs, not a generic protocol.
She specializes in two complementary approaches: therapeutic massage for immediate pain relief, and somatic movement based on Thomas Hanna Clinical Somatics for lasting postural change.
